Our Story and Purpose

Puzzle Pieces for Aba, PLLC is a behavioral therapy and early intervention practice in Houston providing Applied Behavior Analysis for children with developmental and behavioral needs. Founded in 2025 by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas, we focus on in-home and school-based care that fits real life. Our mission is to help children build meaningful skills while easing daily stress for families through compassionate, evidence-based support.

From RBT to BCBA Leadership

Clinical leadership at Puzzle Pieces for Aba brings more than seven years of direct ABA experience, beginning as a Registered Behavior Technician and progressing to Board Certified Behavior Analyst over the past two years. This journey means we understand therapy from inside the home, classroom, and session room. We design treatment plans that are practical to implement, train caregivers with empathy, and stay closely involved in each case so families feel supported, informed, and heard.

Family-Centered Care Philosophy

Our philosophy is simple, children thrive when families are active partners in care. We prioritize collaborative goal setting, clear communication, and transparent progress tracking, and we teach skills within daily routines so improvements carry into mornings, mealtimes, school, and community outings. Treatment is individualized, respectful of each family's culture and values, and always guided by data and ethical standards to support both growth and confidence.

Relationships

We build trusting partnerships so families feel heard, respected, and supported daily.

Outcomes

We focus on communication, independence, safety, and less stress at home.

Transparency

We share clear data and feedback, helping caregivers understand each step.

Clinical Director

As our BCBA and Licensed Behavior Analyst, our Clinical Director leads every case with over seven years of hands-on ABA experience. Beginning as a Registered Behavior Technician, then advancing to BCBA, she understands what meaningful progress looks like in real homes, classrooms, and community settings. Her work focuses on early intervention and autism, using evidence-based strategies to build communication, social skills, and independence while reducing behaviors that disrupt family life.

Families can expect clear explanations, thoughtful assessment, and treatment plans that fit daily routines. She integrates parent and caregiver training into each program so that skills do not stay in session, they show up at mealtimes, bedtime, and school. As a CPR and First Aid certified clinician and active member of ABAI, TxABA, and BACB, she holds herself and the team to high ethical and safety standards.

Lead Therapist

Our Lead Therapist is an experienced ABA professional who provides 1:1 support directly in the child's natural environments, including home and school. With strong training in functional behavior assessment, data collection, and positive reinforcement, she focuses on turning treatment goals into step-by-step teaching plans that children can understand and families can maintain. Her background includes extensive work with early learners as well as older children who need support with daily living skills, emotional regulation, and classroom behavior.

She collaborates closely with our BCBA to monitor progress and adjust strategies so that each program remains effective and realistic for the family's schedule. Multilingual support allows her to communicate clearly with diverse caregivers and respect each family's cultural values. She values patience, consistency, and clear feedback, and she invites caregivers to ask questions and stay involved during sessions.
