School-based Support and Consultation

Our School-based Support and Consultation service strengthens the bridge between home, therapy, and the classroom so students can learn and participate more successfully. We collaborate closely with IEP teams to review data, clarify goals, and embed ABA-informed strategies directly into the Individualized Education Plan.

Teacher training on ABA strategies is a core component. We provide interactive, practical training that equips educators with tools for positive behavior supports, clear expectations, and consistent consequences that fit naturally into their current routines. This helps decrease disruptions and increases on-task behavior without adding unnecessary workload.

We also offer ongoing school environment behavior support, including observation, consultation, and follow-up coaching. By analyzing classroom and campus-wide factors, we help create more predictable, inclusive environments where students with behavioral needs are more likely to thrive and peers benefit from calmer, more structured settings as well.
